Stand Up Paddleboarding is a fantastically versatile sport for all ages and abilities, with options ranging from a calm scenic paddle, to wave surfing on the open sea, to a five hour river tour of the East Sussex countryside. The Kitesurf Centre is the longest running Stand Up Paddleboard school in the South East and offers a range of courses to cover everything you could wish to learn, either on the sea or on one of the numerous local rivers depending on the forecast.
The Introduction to Stand Up Paddleboarding lesson is ideal for complete beginners or those who have tried paddleboarding but may not have been taught the correct techniques. Starting with the very basics of posture, balance and paddle control, the lesson gives you all of the basic skills you need to take up paddleboarding.
Duration: 2 hours
Minimum Age: 12 (Adults must participate on the lesson and cannot leave children unattended)
